Welcome to SEMO Football Officials Association's WebSite SEMO Football Officials Association is incorporated as a not for profit organization. Our purpose is to improve football officiating in the Southeast Missouri area by advocating the organized study of rules of the game; their interpretations; and officiating mechanics as they relate to game procedure. We currently have approximately 100 members and work with 30 to 40 high schools providing officials for both varsity and sub varsity games in a geographic area ranging from St. Louis and Jefferson County south to the Arkansas border. We also provide service to several schools in Northeast Arkansas.
